Services

Request for viewing and/or copying of videos

 

Procedures:

STEP CLIENT ACTIVITY OFFICE ACTIVITY PERSON RESPONSIBLE OUTPUT
1 CLIENT The Client shall bring all necessary requirements for verification.
Supporting documents The Gate Security Officer (TFD) shall check the requirements before granting entry:

1. Police blotter + valid ID; or

2. Police Investigator; or

3. Formal letter + valid ID

Gate Security Officer (TFD)
2 CLIENT The Client fills-up the request form and submit to front desk together with complete supporting documents for the necessary assessment and interview.
Filing of request form and submission of form with complete supporting documents The Front Desk Officer shall review the request form, verify the requirements and submit the documents to IOC or TOC based on client’s request. Front Desk Officer
3 The IOC/TOC shall evaluate the request form, conduct interview and verify the information provided by the client. The IOC/TOC shall search for the existence of the captured video. The Chief of the PSSCC approves the request form and thereafter the request is then processed for the appropriate viewing or copying of video. The Front Desk Officer then logs the request of viewing and/or copying of video. IOC, TOC DVD Copy
END OF TRANSACTION

Requirements:

1. For Traffic incident (any of the 3):

  • Police Blotter + Valid ID
  • Accompanied by Police Investigator + Blotter
  • Formal Letter + Valid ID

2. For Surveillance video:

  • Police Investigator Only

Note: Please bring blank DVD for copying.

All viewing and/or copying request are only allowed during office hours:
Monday – Friday, 8:00AM – 5:00PM

About Us

The Public Safety and Security Command Center (PSSCC) is a division under the Office of the City Mayor.  It was created through Executive Order No. 18 Series of 2012, specifically to provide protection, security, safety and risk management to the people of Davao City.

The PSSCC operates through coordinative approach to address the different issues of safety and security relative to Crime, Terrorism, Security, Traffic, Health and Social Services, Emergency Services, and Disaster Risk Reduction by using information, people, technology, and intelligent solutions.

This coordination between, but not limited to, the Davao City Police Office (DCPO), the Task Force Davao (TFD), the Traffic Management Center (TMC), the Central 911, the Davao City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (DCDRRMC), the Barangay Officials and other law enforcement agencies, plays a vital role in the operations of the PSSCC in furtherance of the peace and order of the city.

Our beginnings


The City Government of Davao’s innovative and coordinative approach on providing protection, security, safety and risk management to its stakeholders leads to the creation of the Public Safety and Security Command Center (PSSCC) thru Executive Order No. 18, Series of 2012.
